Delete Your Account
You're always in control of your MaaSphere data. Here's exactly how account deletion works.
Delete your account from within the app
- 1Open MaaSphere and go to Profile.
- 2Scroll to Legal & Support and tap Delete Account.
- 3Read the confirmation dialog: "This will permanently delete your MaaSphere account and sign you out. This action cannot be undone."
- 4Tap Delete My Account to confirm.
This takes effect immediately: your name and directly identifying profile information are anonymized, your account is deactivated, and you are signed out.
Or request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email support@maasphere.in from your registered email address and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm once it's done.
