Medical Disclaimer
This is the exact Medical Disclaimer shown inside the MaaSphere app (Settings > Medical Disclaimer), kept word-for-word in sync between the app and this page.
MaaSphere is an informational and organizational tool for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early parenthood. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the App — including weekly baby-development information, educational articles, guidance content, the Kick Counter, or any other tracking tool — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician, midwife, or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, your pregnancy, your postpartum recovery, or your baby's health, and before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, treatment, or care plan. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read or were told within MaaSphere.
Tools such as the Kick Counter are aids for your own awareness and are not diagnostic devices. A reading from any tool in the App should never be treated as a clinical result. If a tool suggests reduced movement, unusual symptoms, or any other concern, contact your doctor or midwife promptly rather than relying on the App alone.
If you believe you or your baby may be experiencing a medical emergency — including but not limited to severe bleeding, severe or persistent pain, signs of reduced fetal movement, high blood pressure symptoms, difficulty breathing, or loss of consciousness — call your local emergency number immediately or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a response from MaaSphere or Dhruv AI in an emergency.
MaaSphere, Elegance Professional, and their staff are not responsible for medical decisions made based on information in the App. This disclaimer should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
